Ethnic minorities

Definition: Opportunities to promote potential for ethnic minorities within the world or work, by combating racism and xenophobia in relation to the labour market.

Theme B partnerships were about the employment opportunities of ethnic minorities and have covered a wide range of employability, job-creation and diversity work. Partnership topics have ranged from positive action programmes and diversity help for employers to tackling barriers faced by refugee and migrant communities. Products include marketing and information websites in the creative industries, toolkits on the benefits of diversity, policy and practice reports on employment and diversity, and diversity learning materials and qualifications.
