Description
BECAS is a community-based organisation that was able to analyse the educational attainments and skill levels of targeted women from Black and Minority Ethnic communities. They carried out research into the causes and barriers to Sikh women from entering into the labour market. The research identified the need for statistics to be collated not simply by ethnicity, but also by religion.
