Theme E partnerships have addressed the extension of lifelong learning. Many have focused on ways of engaging older people in the labour market, and others have worked in community and family-based learning, and in initiatives specifically directed at people with disabilities and other priority target groups. Products include an equal opportunities guide for SME (Small and Medium Enterprises) managers, family learning materials, lifelong learning and active ageing research, learning materials, guides and handbooks, websites, good-practice reports, sector-specific materials, DVDs and CDs.
