FAETC Staff Training, CLIP - Community Learning and Innovation Partnership
Description
The organisation provided FEATC training for staff to enhance the skills of the workforce so that they would be better placed to meet the challenges of working with disaffected young people. Each member of staff worked towards achieving an accredited training qualification backed up with the knowledge and skills necessary to enhance the quality of provision and enrich learners' experiences.
