Equal-Works

The Network Club used group work to deliver personal development and ETE services to women ex-offenders. The aim of the project was to break down internal barriers to gaining work: lack of confidence ; a feeling that doors will remain shut because of history of offending. Setting up and running a network club was used as a vehicle for empowerment.
