Mentorlink, Common Ground
Description
Delivered by a specialist Employment Service for people with disabilities, Worklink, the Mentorlink project investigates problems experienced by people with a disability or health related issue when applying for jobs, or during their employment. A result of the project has been to produce a mentoring toolkit for employers to use with disabled employees.
