Equal-Works

The project was targeted at women specifically from Muslim communities to test the hypothesis that a social change intervention would be more successful if led by a third sector organisation that was familiar with the targeted community. Learning and development provision was delivered at the pace of the learners and was a very powerful tool for them to acquire confidence. Their application of the learning was demonstrative of this empowerment process.
