Print Sector (Yorkshire and Humber), BOWL - Building Opportunities through Workplace Learning
Description
Working with the Graphical, Paper and Media Union (GPMU – which has since merged with Amicus), the project aimed to help staff in the print sector update their skills in line with rapidly changing technologies. The project also worked with the Leeds College of Technology, who produced a number of learning materials to be used by the ULRs. The College now offers the materials as part of an e-learning system.
