Rural Areas (Cornwall), BOWL - Building Opportunities through Workplace Learning
Description
The rural areas project in Cornwall was aimed to introduce Union Learning Representatives across sectors in a wider geographical area. The rural nature meant that there was low union presence, and few union offices. As such, the project was lead largely by the TUC regional office.
