Equal - Digital Repository

The project will work with asylum seekers with a professional or employment background and with a minimum intermediate standard of English. It will match clients with individuals in the Scottish labour market whose experience and background is similar to the clients. It will work with a range of companies across every labour sector including the private, public and third sectors. In found two it will increase the number of participants and participating companies and will, through the provision of childcare allowances, ensure that more women clients are able to take up placements while continuing to recruit more women onto the programme as part of our commitment to equal opportunities.
