The Agender partnership in Birmingham has been piloting a unique route to encourage women into sports coaching. The course was established to attract women of all ages into this male-dominated industry by ensuring that the course hours cater for childcare needs, and that all support issues (e.g. caring and transport) are built into the course structure right from the start.
