Equal-Works

Supporting Working Carers – a Managers Guide has been developed by Carers UK as part of the European Social Fund’s ACE National project to raise awareness among line managers and HR staff of the needs of working carers in their organisations. It is designed for use in-house and can be delivered by internal or external facilitators, for example, by HR personnel to their own staff or by a local or national carers organisation. The guide includes a facilitator's notes, a powerpoint presentation and handout notes.
