PRIAE (the Policy Research Institute on Ageing and Ethnicity) has successfully delivered three weeks of training seminars to assist UK firms to understand the positive link that diversity in the workplace has when working in an international arena. The successful programme provided firms with introductory information and improved awareness on how a diverse workforce will develop their international competitveness.
