Supporting Working Carers – a carers guide to raise awareness among line managers and HR staff of the needs of working carers in their organisations. These workshop materials have been developed for use in organisations that are aware of the difficulties carers face in the workplace and want to provide support for them, and are designed to help working carers manage their multiple responsibilities. It is designed for use in-house and can be delivered by internal or external facilitators, for example, by HR personnel to their own staff or by a local or national carers organisation.
