Description
This project has been contributing to the development of a web site for employers to advertise vacancies, and funding a dedicated member of staff to identify suitable jobs for offenders, act as an employment broker and a link to mentored support for the offenders they employ.
The work links closely with that of the job developer by creating a database of ‘offender-friendly’ employers that would assist them in building relationships with employers in Greater Manchester and across the North West.Beneficiaries
