The High Growth Portal is an interactive online solution for aspirational women to support them in business.

The partnership has been developing a portal for women who are running or wish to run their own high growth business. Traditionally women at this stage in their business do not access mainstream provision for development support. This online solution provides peer group support systems/services, e-learning and tailored personal development, combined with bespoke business development to help highly aspirational women in business.

The project has been designing and developing specific tools to meet the needs of high potential female entrepreneurs and to promote services that will enable them to fully participate in, and make a positive contribution to, the UK economy, as well as supporting them to realise their personal career goals.  

The portal also provides an opportunity for women to network and facilitates peer-to-peer learning. This virtual network is supported by a physical network through the project’s mainstreaming activities.

 The portal incorporates a variety of tools and services:
