Employer Engagement Project Equal Brighton and Hove >>

Description

The programme seeks to address city-wide issues in a locality with high unemployment, and where many employers still experience difficulty when trying to recruit suitably skilled people. Engaging with the priority groups enables a business to access individuals from the local community, which benefits the local economy, the individual and, by enabling it to meet its corporate social responsibility targets, the business. This is just one of the many business benefits of recruiting from these groups.
