Description

The aims of this project have been to:

  • Work with PATH West Midlands to test new resources for diversity management and positive action.
  • Engage in marketing and promotion to employers, and undertake mediation with employers during PAT, providing support for trainees.
  • Develop new training workshops for host placement supervisors.
  • Deliver 150 PAT placements in the South West and 50 in the West Midlands.
