K4I produced two online modules providing information about approaches to equal opportunities in the workplace from both an employer and an employee perspective.
One module tests users' knowledge about policy aspects, including a quiz to find out how people feel about diversity in the workplace. The second module tests users' knowledge about what can be done to tackle diversity in the workplace.
Both modules also contain further links to different web sites containing more information on the issues raised. The modules have been designed to be used by workers at all levels (from shop floor to office-based).
Download the CD-ROM by clicking on the link below. The zipped file contains the interactive web site. To use, unzip the contents to a location on your computer and in the folder where you have extracted the web site, click the file named 'Start'. Once the content has loaded, click on the modules option on the grey bar along the homepage. ‘Equal Opportunities’ is the first subject module on the list.
