The Childcare Support Fund has a borough-wide pool of money dedicated to providing parents with a subsidy to enable them to undertake training or education leading to employment, providing they meet the eligibility criteria. The grant is linked to the parent, not the training course, allowing the parent greater flexibility to change courses if necessary.
