This booklet is mainly for union learning representatives and other workplace reps to explain what IAG is and why it’s important for trade unions and their members to understand how it fits in to workplace learning. The booklet is also designed to help union learning reps get IAG on the agenda in their workplace, ensuring workplace learning programmes include provision for accessing IAG.
