Materials from Equal programme: Guide on Transnational Co-operation
Transnationality was an essential element in the Equal initiative for promoting the transfer of know-how and good practice between partnerships and between member states.
Resources for transnational working
The European Commission has developed the new Guide for Transnationality. The Guide provides practial information on how to plan and deliver transnational work under Equal. This includes sections on understanding Equal, preparing for transnational work (including finding transnational partners), completing your TCA and making transnationality work. It also contains many practical examples of good practice from the first round of Equal.
